This cooling mint sauce (170g) is ideal for any lamb-based dish you're cooking up - and let's face it, we're experts of cooking lamb in Wales! Use in the recipe or as an aside and bring to life your efforts in the kitchen.
Each jar of Calon Lân sauce, chutney or jam is made in small batches by hand in Pwllheli on the Llŷn and these Welsh Condiments have a minimum shelf life of 12 months.
