As these oranges contain a high amount of the natural gelling agent Pectin, you're helped by Mother Nature in generating the indulgently thick conserve of the marmalade.
Each jar of Calon Lân sauce, chutney or jam is made in small batches by hand in Pwllheli on the Llŷn and these Welsh preserves have a minimum shelf life of 12 months.
