Traditional Welsh Picalili from Calon Lân
This traditional Welsh Picalili (Pwllheli) relish (280g) is inspired by a South Asian pickle recipe featuring chopped and pickled vegetables and spices and can be best used for sandwiches, toppings or as a side in meals and picnics.
Each jar of Calon Lân sauce, chutney or jam is made in small batches by hand in Pwllheli on the Llŷn and these Welsh chutneys have a minimum shelf life of 12 months.
