Purple Moose Chutney from Calon L ân
A new creation from the minds behind the Calon Lân range sees an infusion between the traditional chutney flavours of apple and mango, with the deep malty palate of the Dark Side of the Moose blackcurrant beer.
Each jar of Calon Lân sauce, chutney or jam is made in small batches by hand in Pwllheli on the Llŷn and these Welsh chutneys have a minimum shelf life of 12 months.
