Gwenyn Mon are passionate about the quality of the wildflower honey that they produce and sell. You can be assured that it is always fresh and all produced by them. Unlike other suppliers, they do not buy honey in bulk from other beekeepers nor import it from abroad and repackage it. Furthermore, they do not keep a stock of honey from previous years to even out the supply. They harvest the spring wildflower honey in June and summer wildflower honey in August. They can identify the source of each jar of honey and the flowers the bees are likely to have been foraging on.
The honey is runny initially and will naturally start to crystalize and solidify in about 4-6 months, but you will have eaten it by then! If you prefer runny honey, store it in a warm place, whereas it will solidify sooner if stored in the fridge.
